Part of the review of eligibility for certification as a diverse or small business at the Office of Supplier Diversity is to provide a copy of your current license credential. While most of the licensing activities of the State are managed within the Division of Professional Regulation (DPR) other license credentials are overseen and administered by other agency authorities. OSD is providing this list to assist you in locating and directly contacting the necessary authority for the license credential unique to your needs and relevant to your certification application. OSD does not in any way supervise or control the professional license credentialing activities of the state and this list is provided as a courtesy.

Your first place to look for a license credential is the Division of Professional Regulation (DPR)
