La struttura, con 80 coperti di base ma capace di accoglierne fino a 150, non ha concorrenti analoghe in tutto il nord della Martinica. Una bellissima terrazza coperta di 200 m2 con vista sull’oceano Atlantico, una sala interna di 80 m2, un bar di 40m2 e un parking di 800m2; ecco le principali caratteristiche.

La cucina ampia e funzionale, la zona di preparazione, il laboratorio e la zona lavaggio-stoviglie – progettati e realizzati nel più ampio rispetto delle norme in vigore - sono tutti equipaggiati con apparecchiature per la ristorazione professionale (Mareno, Comenda, Friulinox, Aertecno ecc.).
