Mileage Plus Corporate Status Match

Program Overview

As a benefit of our corporate relationship, we are pleased to offer you an opportunity to match your elite status on another airline with equivalent elite status in our Mileage Plus® Corporate Status Match program. Start enjoying the benefits of Mileage Plus Premier® or PremierExecutive® status today!

To request a status match, simply complete and email the attached form. You will receive an e-mail regarding processing status within 10 days of United’s receipt of your application. Your elite status membership kit will be mailed to you in 4 - 6 weeks.

Important: Mileage Plus Corporate Status Match is not applicable for status match to 1K® level. If the traveler

is a 1K equivalent in another airline’s program, he/she would receive Premier Executive level in Mileage Plus.

Status match requests made before June 30th are for this calendar year only. Requests made July 1st or

later will continue through the next calendar year. For example, if a status match is offered on 8/1/08, the

elite status will continue through 2/28/10.

Please note the last date for processing Corporate Status Match in 2008 is December 5, 2008

Process and Form Instructions

Please refer to the chart on page 3 to ensure the eligibility of the other airline’s program.

All fields must be completed – any blank field will invalidate the request.

Please include the Other Airline name and elite level on line 3.

Please save as a word document and send as an attachment to the following email address: premiermatch1@

Please ensure you add “Mileage Plus Corporate Status Match” in the email subject line.

Mileage Plus has a processing period of seven to 10 days for status match requests. If the status match criteria above are met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your kit will arrive in four to six weeks.

If the status match request cannot be processed, Mileage Plus will send an e-mail with an explanation.
