An in-town, ski in property, Pine Ridge Condominiums are located just 1.5 blocks from Main Street in Breckenridge and 1.5 blocks from the Snowflake chairlift. It's possible to ski right to the property via the Four O'Clock ski run. Pine Ridge Condominiums have 79 spacious condominiums that range from 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom to 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms plus loft. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, fireplace, washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Pine Ridge Condominiums guests enjoy onsite amenities such as two outdoor hot tubs, free parking and outdoor grills, a complimentary guest computer station and DVD rental library.

If you must cancel your reservation, make changes to your lodging accommodations, or reduce the number in your party, you will be assessed the following penalties: * A $500 cancellation penalty applies for all refunds regardless of reason. * For cancellations made 31 ? 59 days prior to departure, the $500 cancellation penalty applies plus any applicable airlines or supplier charges. * No refund for cancellations within 30 days prior to departure. * A $100 administration fee applies for all revisions and/or changes. Name changes are also subject to supplier regulations. Flight/Itinerary Changes: Ski World reserves the right to substitute accommodations and to make alterations in the itinerary, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond the control of Ski World. If you change your schedule, a fee may apply. Responsibility: Ski World and its employees act solely as agents for the airlines, ground transport and resorts and accept no responsibility for snow conditions, transportation delays, accidents injuries or death before, during or after said trip.
