Vail Resorts employees can receive up to 50% off Colorado Mountain Express Shuttle transportation from Denver International Airport to your new home in our resort locations.

New employees and rehire employees who are not yet active please use the following instructions on how to book. Reservations must be made at least 24hrs in advance and are subject to availability and holiday restrictions.

1. Go to bit.ly/newvrecmediscount 2. Enter Password: 4321 3. Select "From the Airport" 4. Select "One Way" ? This will only work for one way reservations 5. Select "Keystone / Breckenridge/ Copper Mt / Frisco" as your travel region 6. Enter arriving flight info 7. Under Property Name / Street name ? in the "drop off location" box enter only the

Street Name of your dropoff location/address (exclude house number/unit number) and select your street from the dropdown, or select your Property i.e "Breck Terrace Apt". 8. Select only 1 passenger as this link will not work for multiple people 9. Scroll down and click continue 10. Under "Shared Shuttle" select the appropriate pickup time, the suggested time is normally the best to allow for baggage claim and or customs 11. Click select under shared shuttle to continue 12. Confirm arrival info and shuttle time 13. Enter your house or building number under "Dropoff Location" 14. Enter your personal information and credit card information 15. Under Other Information you MUST enter the following in the "Helpful notes for your Driver"

a. Manager name b. Start Date c. Department Name 16. Click continue to and complete your reservation

*Active or Seasonal Inactive Status (SIS) employees with an employee ID must book through . Click on the type of travel desired (One Way or Round Trip), and then click `Login' in the upper right corner. Enter your Employee ID as both the User Id and Password, and then click `Continue'.
