The meetings to finalize Revenue Receipts for modified Budget Estimates of Financial Year 2019-20 in respect oH he following Departments shall be held in the Chamber of Secretary, Finance (Revenue) Room No. 4118 Main Building Secretariat, Jaipur as per schedule indicated below.The modified estimates 2019-20 should be prepared in accordance with the detailed guidelines circulated by this department vide circular No.F4(30) FD-1/1 (1)budget/2018 dated 27,03,2019:-

May kindly also note that the above BFC will held OFF-LINE, hence proposals in the enclosed proforma and justification note shall be submitted in hard copy,at least 5 days before the scheduled dates of the meeting. It is also requested to furnish the following information at least 5 days before the meeting to facilitate the discussions:-

(iii) Detailed Budget Note explaining nature of receipts accounted for under the Budget Head and reasons for variation in estimates in comparison to the Actuais, BE and corresponding period of the last year. .

(iii). Figures of actual revenue receipts for the year 2017-2018 and 2018-19 (iv). - Details of arrears of revenue as on 31st March 2019 with break up of yearly

arrears of revenue and recovery made during current financial year against arrears. (v) . ' Details regarding last revision of rates, charges, fee etc.

(vi). Proposals for augmentation of revenue receipts & ARM measures.

Besides above, information of receipts being deposited directly in the Bank account of the institution / society, formed by the Department in respect of departmental'1 activities, may also please be furnished. Enel. As Above
