CODE LIKE A GIRL The MEC for Education in KwaZulu-Natal, the Honourable, Mr Kwazi Mshengu, together with Vodacom and Durban University of Technology [DUT] are going to launch the Code Like A Girl Program. The Code Like A Girl programme targets female Learners from Grades 10 to Grade 12. The programme is aimed at empowering learner's on basic computer skills, coding internet skills, and website development. "As a Department of Education in KZN, we are jointly working with all our stakeholders, determined to ensure, that we do everything possible to empower our young people, especially, our Girl Learners in particular," said MEC Kwazi Mshengu.
