SCHOOLBIZUnique Title: End of financial year Payment Summaries Short Description: We are changing the way that employees will receive their annual payment summaries-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Starting from the end of Financial Year 2015/2016, the Department will no longer provide printed payment summaries (group certificates) to current employees. As it has done for a number of years, the Department will electronically issue payment summaries via Employee Self Service (ESS) to all permanent, temporary and casual employees. Electronic payment summaries will be accessible on ESS by 14 July each year.Accessing payment summaries on ESSEmployees can access and print copies of payment summaries, by logging on to the DoE portal at: . Choose ESS then Click on My Pay > Payment Summaries thenHover over Print for Tax Year 2016 and then Click to open and print your payment summary. The following groups will continue to have their payment summaries posted to their home address, or nominated location:Employees who have resigned or retired during the current financial yearEmployees who do not have an engagement after 1 August 2016Casual employees who have not worked with the Department in the 12 months prior to October 2016, who are no longer able to access ESS.
