About FLASH: Freshman Leaders Advancing in Service and Honor is focused on helping our freshman members ease into the transition of college by allowing our members to attend planned community service, social, and campus sponsored events throughout the Fall and Spring semesters. Members are expected and r equired to attend a mandatory number of events throughout the year. Freshmen will also help plan out more social and service projects throughout the year with the help of their upperclassmen Mentors. To receive the most from this organization, you are expected to attend as many events as you are able and stay in contact for any events that you are unable to attend.

Questions: Please answer the following questions in no more than 3 double-spaced pages with 12 pt font. This information page and your responses should be stapled and turned in to MSC 2402. Please put only your UIN at the top of your response pages. Applications are to be turned in between 1:00 and 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 24, 2017. At application turn-in, you will have a chance to sign up for your interview time.
