Potential to earn

You will be paid by a "draw vs commission" pay plan that aligns with your performance level. You will receive a draw advance with the opportunity to maximize your earnings through commission eligible sales. The more you drive sales in eligible departments, the greater opportunity you will have to maximize your earnings potential. In certain locations the pay plan is "Base Plus Commission". Please see your manager to learn more about our commission pay plans.
