Renewal of the vendor services will be subject to the successful review of all projects by end of each year.The tender process calling for a single preferred vendor will begin from 4 May and will end on 22 May 2020. The preferred vendor should be able to deliver a standard, consistent design and brand presence across all our materials. Selection of the vendor will be based on the quality of sample work they provided, reliability, timeliness, value for money and the quality of their proposal.Purpose of the RFQThe purpose of this RFQ is to select a preferred single vendor to provide creative graphic design and assist in the production and printing of the APEC Secretariat’s publications, outreach materials and environmental graphics. Specifically, the vendor will assist with the following tasks:provide a standard, consistent design theme running throughout the publications and communication collaterals, which will be produced during 2020-2023work with the Communications and Public Affairs Unit (CPAU) in providing design and production of publication and communication materials and collateralsIntended UseBy inviting vendors to compete in this new tender process, the APEC Secretariat can ascertain whether they are competitive and reduce risk.The identification of a single vendor ensures that a standard, consistent design theme throughout all our materials is maintained during the 2020-2023 period.
