Our traditional reciped are part of our heritage, enjoyed over the years, but we have adapted them to suit modern tastes. We have always made the choice to work with ingredients of quality from a known origin and we make absolutly everything in our bakery : from the dough, sweet short crust or puff pastry, to the mixes and garnishes... to make authentic tasting desserts.
