Let the little children come......

When we were asked to start overseeing the children's ministry at Destiny Church It

Prayer requests That our efforts in

developing a sustainable children's ministry will result in lives being saved and changed for

eternity.

We are proud to announce that our very first Children's Church Training Workshop in Venezuela was a success.

One of the keys to be successful on the Mission field is training national workers. In December The Lord brought a wonderful new family to our church who have a great burden to reach children for Jesus. God is so faithful!! We started working with this young couple in January on a "taller" or "workshop" for the volunteers at Destiny Church International. We worked the entire month of January putting together our very first workshop. We hosted the workshop on February 6th with 20 volunteers in attendance. It was a great day of fellowship and training. Carolina Robertiz lead the workshop and her husband, Daniel, assisted her and they did a tremendous job.

Dede and I are so excited that Daniel and Carolina have such a heart for Children's Ministry. It is great to know that when our first term is up at the end of June, the children here will be left in great hands.

Update on Sarah Nadine & James

Their birthdays are fast approaching

and its hard to believe they will be

8 and 5. Sarah Nadine is excited to

be taking sewing classes and James

loves riding his bicycle with the other children.

The following week we started our children's outreach services for the new year. We passed out flyers in a 2 block radius of the church and over 80 children came to hear about Jesus. This service was exciting for us because we were able to use many of the volunteers from the workshop in the service. It so encouraging to see the gifts God has given the youth and adults at the church being used to love on these children. If you could see what many of these children live in and live without, you would know the need is great!

We have plans on taking our outreach services to other neighborhoods in the coming months as well as hosting the churches first ever kids camp. If you would be interesting in helping us offset the camps cost please contact us via email at mccluey@. We can do the entire camp for our 50 church children for $750. That includes a 2 day camp with meals provided. Its an exciting time for the children's ministry at Destiny Church and the children in our area. We are believing in a giant harvest as God is providing the laborers. Please keep us in your prayers, that God would continue to help us learn Spanish efficiently so as to better communicate and for the Venezuelan people who are enduring major economic hardships and uncertain times. We know only Jesus can calm the torments of our life, He is the answer we all need!

GOD KEEPS ANSWERING PRAYERS!!!

Our last Newsletter, we informed you that God had answered our prayers and sent us new House Parents. This month we want to tell you that God has again answered our prayers and sent us an amazing young couple with a heart for Children's Minsitry. Daniel and Carolina Robertiz along with their children Daniel and Belen. They have joined us in our efforts to reach the children of Venezuela for Jesus.

God hears our prayers! We hope that message never gets old and we want to encourage you when our prayers are answered. God truly loves us all.
