What I recommend is to just focus on the first 7 days.

Look at the meals, write out your grocery list, and don't worry about the second week.

Just focus on the foods you need for the first week, in order to get started.

Go grocery shopping as soon as you can. Don't put it off. You've built some positive momentum here by picking up this program. Don't let that go to waste by telling yourself, "Oh, I'll go grocery shopping later."

Because when you do that, you put it off. Then life gets crazy and you're right back where you started, eating foods that aren't supporting your goals.

Get all these healthy foods in your house ASAP and this will be A LOT easier. Step #3 ? Follow the program for 14 days If this sounds really easy to you, then... Good! Look, weight loss and fat-burning is all about consistency. It's not about some ancient bedtime ritual that magically drops 30 pounds of fat. Or some magic herb you need to add to your tea. It's about doing a few small things consistently over time, like cutting out the grains, sugar, and harmful seed oils from your diet. So don't try to do too much. Just use the recipes in the main program. Eat until you're full and not stuffed. And don't snack between meals. That's all it takes! Let's Get Started!
