Some events and administration support is provided for this role.Reporting to the Director of Market Development, this position is part of the External Team and has lead responsibility for developing general public giving across a range of programs and fundraising channels. Key areas of responsibility include donor acquisition and development programs, campaigns and appeals, reaching public fundraising targets and oversight of fundraising events. This position leads and coordinates a consistent approach to maximizing supporter engagement and income. Experience managing fundraising databases and/or CRM systems.Excellent project management and organisational skills, and ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines.“Can do” attitude when handling complex situations.
