Job Description

- Lead the entire team for Marketing & Business Promotion for Banking products, Bancassurance products & Digital products.

- Responsible for envisaging Corporate & Product Promotional strategy plan and monitoring the execution of all the strategic Business Promotion plans for achievement of all set business targets.

- Ensure Streamlining and setting up of processes that give a professional output in terms of execution of various Business Promotional activities.

- Managing & Monitoring the sales of Banking, Insurance and Digital Products & Services in the assigned territory by activating Bank Branches

- Responsible for ensuring Bank's presence on social media sites which include Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, YouTube & blogs and increase the overall exposure of the Bank through search engine optimization.

- Monitor emerging social media tools to see how they can be incorporated into a Bank's business, marketing and public relation strategies

- Keeping a check on the emerging trends, changing algorithms and industry standards in social media by conducting research and recommending new social media platforms and opportunities;

- Monitoring monthly performance reports, usage of statistics and suggesting improvement areas, ROI Evaluation

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

The person shall be a Graduate/Post Graduate from any recognized University in Maharashtra. Candidates having Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management will be preferred.

Overall Banking Experience – Techsavvy candidate with experience in dealing with Banking products, Bancassurance products & Digital products in banking.

Age: 35-45 years

Salary will be commensurate to the skills & experience.
