Summary

Senior Business Development Manager is a critical customer facing role driving and managing new business opportunities with strategic customers. Identify new opportunities for EFI and grow sales with new relationships. Focused on Utilities and Energy Service Companies (ESCO) and creating executive level access for new business opportunities and to make EFI's full value proposition known and understood.

Must demonstrate a strong connection to the Utility market and have the ability to access and engage at the Executive Level.

Responsibilities

? Utilizing existing Utility relationships, ? Strategic Business Development

o Develop Process for participating in all opportunities Nationally o Lead Farming of Utility and ESCO

Strategic Business Development o Lead Business Development Meetings

Strategic BD Business Meeting (PM) o Create Plan for growing into tangential opportunities w/in current Market Threats o Identify and drive a series of White Papers Utilize Marketing resources Produce 6 per year ? Evaluate Tangential Markets o If feasible - develop Product for School Kits o Revenue Sharing with Utilities o Non-Utility markets with existing core competencies ? Develop and Lead Market Intelligence Team o Identify key industry and regional organizations that have market o Work with VP Sales to build team
