Welcome Notification and Login

All users to the AWSI system will receive a welcome notification from the AWSI website and will be directed to read and accept the terms of use and create a password.

Your Username is your email address.

This password must be at least 8 and at most 20 characters long, contain at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter.

This notification does expire 24 hours after it is sent.

Portal Dashboard

All service order request links, reporting tools and contact information can be found on the AWSI Dashboard.

The top header bar will be on every screen during the use of the AWSI web portal, giving you easy access to return to the home page, view reports or employee quick search.

The News Feed is updated with current industry newsletters and webinar information.

Authorization Form

What is an authorization form?

An authorization form provides the collection site with the donor information, types of testing that is required, and provides company specific protocol.

An authorization form also serves as a place holder for a result in the AWSI system. It alerts the chase team to follow up on results that have not been received as testing is completed.
