Module Leads: Lina Simonu, Lisa Lagus

1. Requirement Description

Describe the requirement (gap). Include a description of the delivered PeopleSoft functionality.

Each Agency is required by the State of Connecticut to report on disabilities by count and job group for full time employees. Currently agencies using the APS-PC reporting system create this report using an ad hoc query. Other agencies produce the report manually or with in-house systems. PeopleSoft does not deliver a report on disabilities.

2. Business Need

Provide a justification for the requirement. Include information about frequency, volume, number of users impacted, etc.

State of Connecticut Affirmative Action regulations (46a-68) require annual reporting on the number of disabilities by job group within each Agency for full time employees. The year period is determined by the Commission of Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO) for the Agency’s Affirmative Action Plan.
