About Picture Manager

PNG alpha channels are treated as transparency channels instead of alpha channels. (This change may or may not make it in to the final release of 3.10) Thumbnails: Changed the JPEG compression factor for thumbnails from 15 to 5 to encode higher quality thumbnails. The JPEG compression factor for full-size composite images remains at 15. ................
