Dear Ms. Dickson:

The Department of Government Operations, Division of Finance has performed a post audit of your agency's disbursements for the period of April 2021 through June 2021. We reviewed a sample of disbursements to determine compliance with the Division of Finance Accounting Policies and Procedures, USBE purchasing policies, and Utah Administrative Code related to USBE procurement rules.

The disbursements for USBE sampled included a total of 38 transactions comprised of 29 FINET transactions and 9 purchasing card transactions from 3 purchasing card statements. There were no exceptions as a result of this audit.

The disbursements for the Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind (USDB) sampled included a total of 40 transactions comprised of 10 FINET transactions and 30 purchasing card transactions from 3 purchasing card statements. There were no exceptions as a result of this audit.
