? Use of the house (downstairs and upstairs cocktail patio) between hours of 10

AM and 11PM

? Should additional time be needed, additional hours can be purchased for $200 ? Seats up to 90 people ? If the party goes over the time limit, the fee will be added to the final bill ? Table and chairs included ? 50% of room rental fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable ? Buffet tables, seating tables and chairs are provided. The space is DIY, so all

tables will be out as well as chairs and renter can arrange how they would like.

? No tape, nails, Command Strips, confetti, rose petals, burning candles or

sparklers allowed

? 65" Smart TV included ? Full use of catering kitchen ? Microphone and sound system included ? Final guest count is due two weeks prior to event ? We do not store decorations or place decorations on tables ? A $150 per hour clean-up charge will be added to the final banquet check in

the event where supplies, garbage, accessories and decorations are not taken and removed by the client at the conclusion of the event.

? Clean-up must conclude and house locked by 11 PM.

Add-Ons Table Linens- $13 per linen in ivory and black Table Linens- $5 per high top table linen in ivory or black Bridal Room- $150 Upstairs Conference Room- $300

Fee Structure:

To book The 1888 House downstairs main for a rehearsal dinner, a Reservation Deposit of 50% of the rental space fee is required upon booking, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Renter's credit card must be on file even if paying with a check. Any check should be made out to WWA Enterprises, LLC. Any customer occurred damages/fees will be deducted from the customer credit card on file. If Renter

chooses to pay with a credit card, there will be an additional 3.0% added to cover credit card fees.

In the event that Renter fails to pay the balance due within the time period agreed upon this contract, The 1888 House reserves the right to cancel the reservation and rent the venue to another party. In this event, the Renter will receive no monetary value of any kind.
