Additional appointments for Hawaii driver's license and State ID renewals:

Kapalama Driver Licensing Center has two additional service buttons on its AlohaQ service options: the "Limited Renewal Appointments" for a Hawaii driver's license or State ID.

o Each business day between 3:30 - 4:30 p.m., there will be 54 additional appointment slots made available for the following business day.

o These additional appointments are available only through the online AlohaQ appointment system, and only for a driver's license or state ID renewal appointment at the Kapalama Driver Licensing Center.

Kapolei Driver Licensing Center is making additional appointment slots for all services available daily for the following day between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the alohaQ appointment reservation system.

Wahiawa Driver Licensing Center has reopened one service window for all services except written testing, effective May 10, 2021.

o Up to 27 appointments per business day have been added to AlohaQ for the Wahiawa Driver Licensing Center.

o Due to limited space at this location and social distancing requirements, written testing is not available at this location until further notice.
