Score of 2 or less: Low FI Congratulations! Currently, you seem to suffer from few food intolerances. To enjoy continued good health, follow the Virgin Diet and take Safety Net whenever you eat out to be certain high-FI foods don't sneak in.
Score of 3-8: Moderate FI Time to take action before things get worse! You consistently suffer from discomfort and bloating with certain foods. Over time, you've probably noticed weight gain, even though your diet hasn't changed. Your skin and hair may look dull, and you tend to feel more tired or stressed than you used to.
First priority: start the Virgin Diet. Spend 3 weeks in Cycle 1, and take
Leaky Gut Support during that time; you should also use Safety Net

whenever you eat out. Soon you will be ready to move on to Cycle 2
and test your food intolerances.
