Abstract Paperless system offers organizations many benefits including increased employee efficiency, productivity, and information security. However, there are numerous organizations, particularly small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are still operating under a papercentric environment. For these SMBs, paperless system could mean streamlining daily workflow while reducing overall costs. This annotated bibliography is comprised of literature published from 2007?2015 to help executives, managers, and users identify the benefits of and best practices in implementing a paperless system.
