• When specific education levels are required, one year of additional, relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education. SITE MANAGER

Functional Responsibility: The Site Manager (SM) is responsible for the overall contract operation at an operational production facility. Duties include, but are not limited to: planning, scheduling, and monitoring all work; ensuring compliance with all contract performance and task order requirements; setting goals and establishing priorities in concert with client goals and objectives and changing priorities; acting as liaison with client personnel; monitoring contract costs and service quality and providing technical guidance and problem resolution on records management issues.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

DEPUTY SITE MANAGER

Minimum Experience: At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in records or information systems management.

Functional Responsibility: The Deputy Site Manager (DSM) is responsible for the assisting the Site Manager in the overall contract operation at an operational production facility. Duties include, but are not limited to: ensuring compliance with all contract and task order requirements; providing supervision and training to Contractor personnel; setting goals and establishing priorities; maintaining liaison with the client personnel; monitoring contract costs and service quality and providing technical guidance and problem resolution on records management issues.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

ASSISTANT DEPUTY SITE MANAGER

Minimum Experience: At least six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in records or information systems management and at least three (3) years’ experience relating directly to the management or supervision of a multi-faceted work force.

Functional Responsibility: The Assistant Deputy Site Manager (ADSM) is responsible for the assisting the Site Manager in the overall contract operation at an operational production facility. Duties include, but are not limited to: ensuring compliance with all contract and task order requirements; providing supervision and training to Contractor personnel; setting goals and establishing priorities; maintaining liaison with the client personnel; monitoring contract costs and service quality and providing technical guidance and problem resolution on records management issues.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

SUPERVISOR (DATA RECORDS MANAGER)

Minimum Experience: At least three (3) years of general experience and three (3) years of specialized experience.

Functional Responsibility: The Supervisor is responsible for supervising Clerk I, II and IIIs in an operational area in the contract operation. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Coaching and developing Clerk staff; supervising and training Clerk staff; planning work schedules; maintaining knowledgeable of technical information of operational area and providing technical guidance and problem resolution.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Minimum Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in management. Must have knowledge of Federal and State laws in regard to employment and benefits.

Functional Responsibility; The Human Resources Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the employee base in an operational production facility. Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: recruiting and hiring; benefit administration; ensuring compliance with EEOC, Department of Labor and specific client regulations; and ensuring that all Security guidelines and regulations are followed.

Minimum Education: Undergraduate degree (BS or equivalent), in Human Resources or related field.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Minimum Experience: At least two (2) years of experience relating directly to the management or supervision of a QC function.

Functional Responsibility: The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the day-to-day quality performance of workforce. These duties include but are not limited to: maintaining and directing the execution of the Quality Control Plan; recommending continuous improvements; recommending quality monitoring and assessment changes and administering customer satisfactions surveys and audits.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST

Minimum Experience: At least one (1) year of technical and administrative experience in quality control and quality assurance.

Functional Responsibility: The Quality Control Specialist ensures high-quality output from technicians. Provides quality improvement suggestions to managers, supervisors, and staff. Conducts and assists with benchmarking and surveys.

Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of administrative experience.

CLERK III

Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of work experience, one of which must be specialized.

Functional Responsibility: May perform services as they relate to this offering for document management, records management, and storage and mailroom functions. These services include but are not limited to:

• File creation, maintenance, consolidation, tracking, searching, and inventorying

• Interfiling

• Process of requests for files

• Receiving, shipping, and mailing of files

• Mail inspection, collection, processing, sorting, and distribution

• Collection and security of fees

Clerks may also input data from source documents into a keyboard-controlled data entry device; extract, cross-reference, and prepare data for entry; compile and summarize data and perform mathematical computations; develop charts, graphs, and other statistical reports; maintain files and records; transcribe, decipher, and code alphanumeric data from source documents and verify data for accuracy and completeness. IMAGING SPECIALIST, SENIOR

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for the setup and operation of equipment that supports scanning and digitization. Ensures that conversion projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction. Works on complex projects independently and has thorough knowledge of digitization equipment and application packages, including PhotoShop. Trains other personnel in the proper use of imaging equipment. Acts as task lead on one or more task orders, and when working at customer site serves as the interface to customer personnel. Uses care in the handling of materials following the guidelines for care and handling provided by the customer. Has the ability to evaluate imaging quality performance of imaging devices against imaging performance requirements. Conducts objective and subjective quality control assessments of images and takes corrective actions when image quality fails to meet project-based requirements.

Experience Requirements: Five years of relevant experience.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with strong background in film photography, digital photography, graphic arts, and imaging systems.

IMAGING SPECIALIST, INTERMEDIATE

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for the setup and operation of equipment that supports scanning and digitization. Ensures that conversion projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction. Works on complex projects independently and has thorough knowledge of digitization equipment and imaging workflow application packages, including PhotoShop. Trains other personnel in proper use of imaging equipment and software. Acts as task lead on one or more task orders, and when working at customer site serves as the interface to customer personnel. IMAGING SPECIALIST

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for the setup and operation of equipment that supports digital imaging and conversion. Works on complex projects under the direction of task leader, and has thorough knowledge of imaging application packages, including PhotoShop. Uses care in the handling of high value materials following the guidelines for care and handling provided by the customer.

COURIER

Minimum Experience: A minimum of one to two (1-2) years of general experience.

Functional Responsibility: Drives a truck, van or other vehicle to deliver and pickup mail at the Post Office and other designated off-site facilities. The Courier loads and unloads mail tubs, boxes, bags, and/or packages for delivery, as well as signs for registered and certified mail picked up at the Post Office. The Courier obtains receipts for items delivered and updates and maintains log of items received and delivered. The Courier updates and maintains mileage and maintenance log of vehicle usage. The Courier may also process incoming and outgoing mail.

Minimum Education: None required.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Minimum Experience: At least one year (1) of administrative or clerical experience.

Functional Responsibility: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support. Answers and screens telephone calls, desk traffic questions, voice mail and email. Prepares correspondence, reports and presentations. Schedules appointments, meetings and events in calendar. Coordinates travel arrangements. Coordinates organizational events. Communicates effectively with staff and customer. Processes payroll reports. Administers petty cash. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED.
