NOTE: To receive your Department of Defense Fire and Emergency Services Certification Program IFSAC certificate, the use of your SSAN is required. Failure to provide your complete SSAN will prevent your certificate from being issued and available on .

IAW the DoD and respective Service component's instructions and directives for the transmission of Personal Identifiable Information (PII), emails containing PII must be sent encrypted. Encrypted emails must use the afcec.cxf.dodcert@us.af.mil address. Unencrypted messages received will be deleted and not processed.

Obtaining the DoD Certification Mailbox Encryption Certificates: To send encrypted emails to the AFCEC/CXF DOD Certification mailbox, individuals will need to save a copy of the public encryption certificates to their email client. 1. Remove all email addresses previously used for the DoD mailbox.

1.1. Type CXF in the To: field of a new email message 1.2. Click the to the right of the email addresses 2. Open an electronic copy of this document. 3. View the attached documents in the navigation pane on the left side of the window by clicking the paperclip, and open the "DOD CERTIFICATION_AFCEC CXF.vcf" file 4. Click the left icon "Save & Close" to save the contact card in your email contacts 5. Locate and open the contact card in your contacts 6. Send an encrypted email to the DoD Administration Center using the "E-mail" icon located above the picture placeholder in the contact. 7. Ensure you sign and encrypt the message prior to sending.

Submittal Instructions: Please fill-in the below information and then copy and paste it all (the fill-in information and the "integrity statement") into the email created above and send to afcec.cxf.dodcert@us.af.mil . Include as an attachment the course completion certificate from your course as verification of course completion. Once we receive your email, we will issue your DoD IFSAC/Pro Board certificate. Your certificate will be viewable at in the next 30 days.
