Scribe Interpretation of Engage Field Types

Scribe detects most of the Engage custom fields as "String (1024)" for data mapping flexibility even though the Engage Administrator has specified the field type. In this example, the BooleanTestField and DOB fields have been identified as "Yes\No" and "Date" respectively in Engage but in Scribe, they appear as string fields. The system field "last modified date" is detected as a datetime field.

MS Dynamics CRM Related Entity Fields

Accessing data from MS Dynamics CRM related records, like an account or owner for a lead or contact is only possible when MS Dynamics CRM is the Source in Scribe and Engage is the Target. The related entity appears in bold and you can expand it to reveal the fields.

Mapping from Engage (source) to related Microsoft Dynamics CRM (target) entity fields is not possible using Scribe Online Basic maps.
