Lead tracking/Integration

Pardot vs. HubspotPros and ConsI loved the software and the possibilities that it opens up. I think it is a more applicable and robust solution that fits our needs more than Hubspot does. Here's why:Lead tracking/IntegrationIt’s NOT a CMS!Can be used on multiple websitesLead scoring – based on how interested they are in you; adjustableLead grading – based on how interested you are in them; adjustableCan be accessed through Salesforce platformCan create follow through for dealers to report on lead follow-thoughSyncs with to get more robust information on our leadsAllows for Custom fields to correlate data with any customized functionality within SaleforceUsed drip logic and nurturing programs to automate marketing and keep customers/leads in the loop based on their responses and actions.Up to date notifications allows for real time responsivenessSEO/KeywordsHubspot offers a pretty nice keyword tracking and reporting tool which helps us see how well we are doing with each keyword inputted in the system.Pardot also offers SEO tracking, but we would need to play with it to see if its as robust as Hubspot’s feature. Landing Pages , Forms, and ListsMore robust flexibility with designing the landing pages compared to Hubspot. Example: In Hubspot , I contacted customer support to see if we can get a few Hubspot links and other unnecessary information removed from our landing pages, and they said I would not be able to modify the core Hubspot templates in order to do so. Not a huge thing, but definitely an annoyance.Do not have to recreate forms within Pardot; uses form handlers instead to work with the forms you already have.Lists offer more segmentation options than Hubspot (example: we can segment a new list based on demographic information)EmailsCan integrate with OutlookUnlimited email sends / contacts (no extra fee)Included in lead tracking activityCan send emails on behalf of the user account (whoever the lead is assigned to)Completion actions can be associated with each email, which also allows for cross sell/upsell actionsSocial MediaCan post and track interactions and activity that occurs on our social media sitesIncludes social media activity in the lead’s overall activity feedReportingFully customizable reporting, and can be broken down to results by first point of contactSupports campaign reporting (each brand or website can be a campaign, therefore supporting multi-site reporting)Marketing calendar allows us to be able to see what activities we have planned/upcoming.
