We believe one of our most important responsibilities is to support the people who support us. We're working hard to give back to the diverse communities where we live and work and each year we donate millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico through our Gift Card Give Back program, which designates 1% of all Nordstrom Gift Card sales to charity. These funds support our Community Grants and Employee Charitable Match and Volunteer Program. We also give back through Treasure & Bond, our own giveback brand that donates 2.5% of net sales to organizations that empower youth. We invite our customers and employees to join us in making a difference in our local communities through other campaigns and partnerships with MAC Viva Glam, Shoes That Fit, Human Rights Campaign Foundation, Good+Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Canada.
