WHERE TO APPLY FOR A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE

A WV resident can apply for a commercial driver's instruction permit, commercial driver's license (CDL) at any DMV regional office. All DMV regional offices are open Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; with the exceptions of the Kanawha City regional office, which is open Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8 am - 12 pm, and the Martinsburg regional office is also open on Saturday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, to include testing times.
