Glass designer Michael Schwarzmüller (borosi.de) puts delicious appetizers perfectly into focus. Whether this involves hot desserts, fine soups and dips, exotic purees or smoothies – the filigree jars with their organic form whet the appetite and ensure pleasurable table talks.
The various forms of the hand-blown glasses offer top chefs and professional hosts the possibility of serving their dishes in an amusing manner.
“Amuse” by ZIEHER wants to inspire imagination and stimulates playful experimentation.
This series of thin-walled but stable cups, bowls and cloches, made of temperature resistant borosilicate glass, has now been completed by four variations of glass tins. These are ideal for small soups and desserts, but can also be used as exceptional sugar bowls. The exact fitting lid ensures protection and hygiene. The double-walled bowls from the series in fact accumulate heat or cold. A “Flying Buffet” with sorbet? With “Amuse” this is no problem at all!
More shapes created by Michael Schwarzmüller: small bowls with a jagged rim, as well as an artful creamer and an exceptional nut bowl, extend the glass series „Amuse“ to unexpected variety.

The glasses made of borosilicate glass (chemical- and temperature-resistant glasses) are hand-blown and offer the perfect “vista” when presenting dishes and drinks. Apart from this, high-quality borosilicate glass distinguishes itself by its temperature resistance which extends from -200 to +400°C.
