Now, therefore,Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:That the members of the House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, express their sincere sorrow upon the death of James Dow Harrelson of Sumter County, and extend their deepest sympathy to his many friends and his loving family members.Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mrs. Alice Harrelson.XX ................
