Install the App on your device.

Open the App and press the `Download Rates' button.

Enter your current user ID & password for . (If you have never logged in to or mobile before, your user ID is

your social security number or tax ID. Your password will be the first letter in your last name (or

business name) capitalized, and the last six digits of your SSN (TIN), plus an exclamation point (!))

Please note: Once logged in to you may change your user ID and password at

any time.

Press `Update' and once the update is complete, press `Back to Calculator' link to start calculating!

G o to mobile and log-in using your MyNGLIC user ID.

Review your results, which are sorted by Plan Type, then by modal factors. You can either scroll down to see all results, or jump to a specific plan and/

or payment mode by clicking each option in the provided boxes. After each

result, you can also click to take you back to the top of the page.

Desktop Calculator

Adobe Air must be installed on your PC or Mac before you download the desktop calculator application. You can download and install Adobe Air for free from .

Please note: Once logged in to you may change your user ID and password at any time.

2 On the next page choose `Desktop' from the drop-down list. Once chosen click on the `Click here to download desktop rate calculator' link. For the following steps you will need your Pop-up Blocker turned off.

3 Click `Ok' on the `Do you want to download?' pop-up.

4 A window will pop up asking if you want to `Open' or `Save' the file. Choose `Open'.

5 When you see this window, choose `Install'.

6 The last pop-up window lists Installation Preferences and the Location. You do not have to change anything on this window. You can choose `Continue' to complete installation. You must download rates before you can begin calculating premiums. With the calculator open, click on the red `Download Rates' button. When prompted, enter your user ID and password and click the `Update button'. When the download completes, click the `Back to Calculator' link to begin calculating premiums!
