As a currently enrolled student of Ivy Tech, you are eligible to download Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus package for free.

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

1. Register an account at the download website using your ivytech.edu email address. 2. Check your email. Click on the link contained in the email to verify your account. 3. Add Office 365 ProPlus to your cart and follow the download instructions.

What software is included in the free download? Office 365 ProPlus contains the latest full versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, and Access.

Can I install this on multiple computers or mobile devices? Yes! Students may install the free software on up to 5 machines (PC or Mac) and up to 5 mobile devices with Office Mobile for Android or Office Mobile for iPhone. Plus, the new Office can be installed side by side with previous versions of Office.

How long can I use the software? Students will be able to use this software while they are enrolled at Ivy Tech. The default license term is one year. You will receive an email every year asking you to verify that you are still attending classes at Ivy Tech.

Which version is this free download? This is the same Microsoft Office version used at all campuses, which is Office 2013.

Will this be available for us MAC users? Yes, it provides the Mac version of MS Office for Students.
