We’ve introduced a number of enhancements to Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile designed to help sales teams stay more productive, even when they are out on the road.
The Release 9 enhancements include:
Dynamic Layouts for Mobile pages allow you to tailor the mobile app, so the right information shows at each stage of the business process
Enhanced Integration with Oracle Social Network, allows team collaboration within the mobile app itself
Voice and image attachments allow you to capture important business information for your opportunities, leads, activities and other objects
Enterprise Data Quality keeps your Sales data clean and accurate, even when you’re on the go
Enhanced Contact Management allows you change the primary contact or remove contacts associated with accounts, leads, and opportunities
The filmstrip view for analytics allows you to scroll through various reports with a simple swipe on your mobile device

Dynamic Layouts are now available for mobile pages. Dynamic layouts allow you to tailor Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile to display different fields by role, record type, or other advanced criteria. So, Sales Reps and Sales Managers have the right information available to them from their mobile devices.

Oracles Sales Cloud Mobile, together with Enterprise Data Quality, helps you keep your account and contact data clean and accurate. When creating a new account or contact from your mobile device, Enterprise Data Quality will instantly alert you of potential duplicates. Not only does Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile show exact name and address matches, it shows sophisticated fuzzy matches as well. On the Possible Duplicates page, you can select from one of the duplicate records or ignore them and continue with the creation of the new record. Data Quality requires additional licensing.

By ensuring that duplicate and bad data doesn’t get into Oracle Sales Cloud, Sales Reps and Sales Managers will have access to a clean, complete and accurate view of their customers, all the time. Also, with accurate business addresses, you can re-align territories, discover new market segments and target high-potential industries.
