7 Day RAW Re-boot Cleanse

This is a outline of a 7 day Raw Food Cleanse. The internet is loaded with free recipes so feel free to search and explore alternate recipes for your cleanse. Just remember, that this is a RAW cleanse so try to use healthy salad dressings (if not homemade) and make sure you include greens in all of your smoothies and juices. No coffee, no sugar and low salt. Drink LOTS of WATER.

Dr. Oz's Fat Flush

(soak overnight)

16 oz serving Water 2 slice grapefruit

1 tangerine cucumber, sliced 2 peppermint leaves

(recommended to drink 32oz of this)

Hot Water with Lemon (or detox tea of choice)

BASE: Kale or Spinach

or Romaine

Dressing: 1/2 c apple cider vinegar

1 c extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 c raw honey

1 clove garlic, 1/2 tsp dried basil, pinch salt

Mid-Day Snack

1 small date, pitted

any fresh Italian herbs

1/4 teaspoon of salt

pinch of italian seasoning

pine nuts for topping
