10g Potassium Hydroxide Complexing Agent Corrosion Inhibitors

Areas of Application:

Used in washing and disinfection machines for cleaning and disinfection of heat resistant medical instruments and materials including laboratory equipments at 93?C and cleaning of non-heat resistant medical instruments and materials at 50 to 60?C. It offers foam-free cleaning. It has excellent material compatibility. Cleans and disinfects instruments without leaving residue. Removes residues of dried and denatured blood effectively. Prevents re-deposition of protein residues.

Usage:

Use concentration 0.1 - 0.5% (1-5 ml/I). The machine manufacturer's instructions to be followed for dosing.

Advantages:

- Alkaline Liquid Cleaner and Disinfectant for Disinfection Machines. - Cleans and disinfects instruments without leaving residue. - Foam free.

Safety & Precautions:

May cause burns. Wear protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of skin and eye contact, wash immediately with plenty of water.

Composition: For each 100g concentrate

0.8g Benzalkonium Chloride 10g Nonionic Surfactant 1g Enzyme Mix Corrosion Inhibitors Auxiliary Substances

Description:

A liquid, aldehyde-, phenol-and phosphate- free, enzymatic disinfectant cleaner with corrosion inhibitors. Removes organic contaminations on microbial level and prevents corrosion.

Areas of Application:

Suitable for cleaning and pre-disinfection of dental, surgical and medical instruments made e.g of glass, ceramic and plastic, as well as thermolabile device containing rubber and elastomers (unless the manufacturer recommends otherwise).

Working Concentration:

Adantium Enzymatic is a concentrate. The recommended working concentration is between 0.5% - 1%. This corresponds to 5ml or 10ml per liter of water. The exposure time for manual application is 5 min and in ultrasonic devices 3 min. For washing machines: Dilute from 0.5 - 5ml per liter (unless the manufacturer recommends otherwise).

Instruction for use:

It is recommended to wear protective clothing. Adantium Enzymatic is a concentrate that has to be prepared in the desired concentration by using the dosing pump. Dissemble instruments/ endoscopes after use and place them for approximately 5min into the working solution. Make sure that all surfaces and cavities are covered. Depending on the degree of contamination mixing ration of concentrate and water as well as cleaning /pre-disinfection time can variegate.

Adantium Enzymatic

After cleaning /pre-disinfection, rinse instruments /endoscopes with water and dry them. Repeat process if pollution is heavy. The working solution is intended for single use. After 24 hours, the unused working solution must be replaced. Adantium Enzymatic is used alone. Don't store instruments longer than the recommended contact time inside the working solution since the aqueous can cause long term corrosion to sensitive instruments and devices.

- Enzymatic disinfectant cleaner with corrosion inhibitors. - Removes organic contaminations on microbial level and preventscorrosion. - Compatible with all types of instruments materials (glass, ceramic and plastic, as well as thermolabile devices containing rubber and elastomers). - Phenol and Phosphate free. - Foam Free cleaning.

Safety & Precautions:

DANGER! Wear protective clothing. Contains protease lipase and triacylglycerol. Can cause allergic reactions. Harmful if swallowed. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Causes skin irritation. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Causes serious eye damage IF IN EYE: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if possible and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Seek medical advice/medical assistance.
