Step 2: Select characters for your story. What do they look like? What are their names? Where are they from? How old are they?

Step 4: Think of how your characters will resolve this conflict and describe your resolution.

Step 5: Begin creating thumbnails of your panels to tell your story. Thumbnails are small sketches used to plan where everything will be drawn in the final version.

Dont forget a title for your comic!

Step 6: Use the templates provided to begin drawing the panels for your final copy. Draw the final panels using the following order: 1. Text and word balloons 2. Background 3. Characters

Step 7: Ink your drawings by going over the pencil lines with pen, ink, or sharpie. Remember, you are improving your pencil drawings, so draw carefully.

Step 8: Make sure your text is legible. Erase all pencil lines.
