Please make every effort to follow the link below to update your child's emergency card. This is required of all parents annually. Emergency contact information does not roll over to your current card. To reiterate, we do not have emergency contact information for 400 of our students.School is in session and on any given day we need to make contact with parents. We have had two incidents in two weeks that we had a student emergency and had no updated parent contact information. There is a $2.25 processing fee for each transaction. Each transaction can be up to $120.00 in total.Students also have the option of paying with cash on a daily basis. Each student has been issued a PIN to use when purchasing meals with cash or prepayment. If a student has forgotten their PIN, cashiers can look the PIN up by student name. This PIN allows HCPSS to receive reimbursements from the National School Lunch Program. Meals purchased without a PIN are not reimbursable. Therefore, effective January 2, 2014, all meals purchased without a PIN will have an additional charge (and $0.30 for breakfast and $0.60 for lunch).We are asking that students bring exact change for purchasing lunch. ?
