Like drink? Like food? You're in the right place!

Nordic Bar was London's first Scandinavian venue opening over a decade ago. Over time Nordic has become a 2nd home for many Scandinavian expats and local Londoners alike.

We want every trip to Nordic to be like a work out for your taste buds and we have gone to great lengths to ensure that we have enough different flavours to make sure that they will be fully satisfied.

Our fridges and shelves boast a weird and wonderful array of Beers, Liquors, Ciders & Spirits from all 5 of the Nordic countries. We stock over twenty flavoured vodkas and have been known to infuse a couple of our own from time to time such as our infamous Chilli Vodka (best in town). For those of you keen to try the more traditional side of Scandinavian drinking then we can offer you one of our many Aquavits (Scandinavian Schnapps) or Liquors such as Gammel Dansk Dram, Heering Cherry or the very popular Salmiakki.

If you are feeling brave you can always let our famous shot wheel of misfortune decide your drinking fate (go on you know you want to).

LONGBERRY Muddled raspberries, strawberries and blueberries all shaken with lime vodka, blueberry liqueur, lemon, cranberry juice and finished with cr?me de mure.

MIDSUMMERS DAY A refreshing blend of Finnish vanilla and mango vodka served with coconut and pineapple over crushed ice and finished with cava.

LEMON ICICLE Freshly muddled lemon chunks, white sugar, absolut citron vodka, lemon schnapps topped with lemonade.

MIDSUMMERS NIGHT A smooth blend of fresh espresso, Danish Coffee liquor, Absolut vanilla vodka, Cream a touch of vanilla syrup.

SKI BREEZE A refreshing mix of Finnish cranberry and grapefruit vodka's shaken with cranberry juice and layered over ice and orange juice.

SCANDAPOLITAN Muddled raspberries and passion fruit shaken with vanilla and raspberry vodkas, Cointreau, passion fruit syrup and cranberry juice stained into a martini glass.

SNOW CONE A frosty mix of freshly muddled limes and blueberries, Finnish apple and lime vodkas, Finnish blueberry liquor all whisked up with crushed ice and topped with a dash of soda.

THE NORDIC CAIPIRINHA Freshly muddled lime wedges mixed with a touch of coconut and lime syrup crushed ice and a large shot of aquavit (traditional Scandinavian schnapps).

BLOODY VIKING Nordics very own play on the classic Bloody Mary made with our own Scandinavian twist. fresh garlic, cracked pepper, celery salt, worcestershire sauce, Dill and Aquavit and fresh lemon all shaken up with fresh tomato juice and served with celery.

VALKYRIE A fierce blend of Swedish peach, chilli & raspberry vodka shaken with peach schnapps, passion fruit and cranberry and served in a martini glass.

Finnish Style Bellini's ?8.95

Served in a sugar rimmed Champagne flute with your choice of Finnish Lapponia Liquor. Lapponia liqueurs are made from native Finnish berries ? Cloudberry, Lingonberry, Polar Blueberry and Cranberry ? and have been made since 1867. All the berries used are harvested by hand from the arctic areas of Finland.

The Polar Blueberry grows in the pristine forests of the North. Handpicked blueberries give this premium liqueur its delicate aroma, satin-smooth taste and unique, exciting colour.

Cranberries grow on the edges of forest ponds. They are handpicked just after the first frost of autumn giving this premium liqueur, it's deep red colour, delightful aroma and fresh, crisp taste.

The Cloudberry is a treasure of the untouched Northern wilderness. Handpicked Cloudberries have been refined to their finest form, producing this golden, delicately aromatic premium liqueur.

Lingonberries ripen in the sunlit summers and airy forests of the North. The fresh crisp taste and deep red colour of this premium liqueur comes from these handpicked berries.

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI Fresh strawberries, rum, sour mix and sugar, all shaken up to make this fruity refreshing classic.

PINA COLADA This old school classic of pineapple juice, coconut, rum and cream never fails to hit the spot. Smooth and refreshing.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA Strong & unsubtle just the way it is meant to be. Made with gin, vodka, rum, triple sec, tequila, sour mix and topped with cola.

Vodka Absolut

ABSOLUT VODKA (40%) is made exclusively from natural ingredients, and unlike other vodkas, it doesn't contain any added sugar. In fact ABSOLUT is as pure as vodka can be. Still, that purity has a certain taste: Rich, full-bodied and complex, yet smooth and mellow with a distinct character of grain, followed by a hint of dried fruit.

In 1879, Lars Olsson Smith introduced the continuous distillation with which he made Absolut Rent Br?nvin (Absolute Pure Vodka). Instead of the usual three or four times, the vodka was distilled an infinite number of times. 100 years later, it was reintroduced as ABSOLUT. Every drop of ABSOLUT VODKA comes from the small town of Ahus in southern Sweden.

ABSOLUT Elyx Absolut Elyx is a new super-premium single-batch vodka from the makers of Absolut. Every batch is painstakingly produced in a hand-operated still from 1929, with columns, pumps and hand-forged pipes made of copper, making use of the metal's natural purifying properties. It is the result of genuine craftsmanship and manual operation in every detail of the process. Only natural ingredients are used and every part of the production, from planting of the first wheat seeds to bottling, is performed within a 25km radius in the Ahus region of Southern Sweden.

Wild Tea Introduced in 2010, ABSOLUT WILD TEA has already become a favourite in many bars and homes. The black tea from China meets a Scandinavian summer day in this premium vodka unlike nothing else. Across the world, there is an explosive consumer interest in tea, but prior to the release of ABSOLUT WILD TEA, the flavour had been overlooked in bars. Combined with Scandinavian elderflower it brings real excitement to any drink.

Berri Acai A new, modern taste of a?a?, blueberry and pomegranate. It's the perfect spirit for mixing, as its subtle fruit and flower notes add an elegant and fresh tone to drinks and cocktails.

Orient Apple Introduced in 2011, ABSOLUT ORIENT APPLE is naturally sweet and brings excitement to any cocktail. ABSOLUT ORIENT APPLE is fresh and fruity with a distinct character of ripen red apples with a sight note of ginger.

ABSOLUT RASPBERRI (40%) is not a misspelling. It's meant that way to remind you of the Swedish origin of ABSOLUT. Since wild raspberries are often found in the Swedish hillsides, nothing could be more natural than introducing ABSOLUT RASPBERRI. And so it was, in 2004, 25 years after the introduction of ABSOLUT VODKA.

ABSOLUT VANILIA (40%) was launched in 2003. Basically because vanilla is one of the most loved flavours in the world. That fact soon made ABSOLUT VANILIA almost equally popular.

ABSOLUT CITRON (40%) was good news for "vodka on the rocks with a twist of lemon" fans back in the 80's (and there were lots of them). More specifically ABSOLUT CITRON was launched in 1988, nine years after ABSOLUT ORIGINAL and two years after the first flavoured family member ABSOLUT PEPPER. The success was major among the twist-of-lemon-people, but it also became the main ingredient in the blockbuster drink "Cosmopolitan".

The story behind the name ABSOLUT KURANT (40%) is black currant, a typical Swedish berry from which the flavor is taken. When launched in 1992 it was a tribute to the Swedish origin of ABSOLUT. Originally it was even supposed to be called ABSOLUT VINB?R since the Swedish word for black currant is vinb?r. Only thing was that the English pronunciation would have been wine bar.

ABSOLUT RUBY RED (40%) was introduced in 2006, just a few years after the success with the other citrus flavored members of the family ABSOLUT CITRON and ABSOLUT MANDRIN. The name ABSOLUT RUBY RED is taken from a special kind of red grapefruit.

Introduced in 2007, ABSOLUT PEARS (40%) is quite a newcomer in the ABSOLUT family. And as with all talented rookies, the audience soon took it to their hearts. Probably because it's such a good alternative to other overly sugared alternatives around.

ABSOLUT PEACH (40%) was introduced in 2005. It soon found its public around the world, both in Asia where the peach fruit is originally from, and in the part of the world where ABSOLUT is from.

ABSOLUT MANDRIN (40%) was launched in 1999, 20 years after ABSOLUT VODKA. It's the fourth flavored ABSOLUT in the row after PEPPER, CITRON and KURANT. And since mandarin and orange are among the most popular flavors in the world, ABSOLUT MANDRIN was received with the same enthusiasm as the rest of the family members.

ABSOLUT PEPPAR (40%) was launched in 1986, seven years after ABSOLUT VODKA. Besides being the first flavored vodka in the family, it was also the first flavoured vodka in the world. So why pepper? Since vodka and pepper is the main ingredients in a Bloody Mary, it seemed like a good idea to make things easier for the many Bloody Mary bars popping up in Boston, New York and elsewhere at the time.

The mango adds an exotic aroma and taste to Finlandia's natural northern heritage. Experience this distinctive tropical flavour as only the Finnish can create it.

FINLANDIA CRANBERRY (40%) The cranberry is one of only a handful of berries that grow as far north as the Arctic, so they're part of Finnish heritage. Combined with pure glacial spring water and six-row barley ripened under the midnight sun, the bold note of cranberry creates a taste as authentic and natural as Finland itself

FINLANDIA GRAPEFRUIT (40%) Fresh citrus fruits release a pleasing aroma and flavour when the rind is squeezed or grated. Great chefs use this quality to advantage -- and so do Finlandia when making they're Grapefruit Flavoured Vodka.

FINLANDIA LIME (40%) Lime, a key ingredient in many mixed drinks, is a fresh part of each day's behind-the-bar garnish. The care and attention taken during the distillation process is the reason for the zesty flavour of fresh, natural limes.
