Window a/c purchase

Conversation between an approved customer and an a/c vendor employee: Customer: I told my worker that I wanted the vendor to come out and install my window a/c unit and my approval notice says that I've been approved for installation. However, I need to pick-up the a/c at the store today. The vendor said they couldn't come out to install my a/c for a week. It's also 100 degrees outside, I'm on oxygen, and my baby has asthma. Employee: Our window a/c's are over here. Customer: I was approved for $550 window a/c installation by Cooling. I see some a/c's are on sale for $100. I want to take home five a/c units and that would still be under $550 that I was approved for a window a/c installation.
