Govt. of India has launched a portal “Air Suvidha” with effect from August 8, 2020 and have made it mandatory for all international arrivals to compulsorily register on . Passenger registration form link is . The purpose of this registration is to avoid long queues at the airports and doing away with multiple check points for various formalities/submission of self declaration and quarantine procedures.

2. Under “Air Suvidha”, passengers are required to fill self declaration, (their travel details and personal details including address and phone number in India) and upload their passport copy on the portal. They also need to declare their health and travel history in the online declaration. Government has also made a provision to upload your RT PCR test, not older than 96 hours from the embarkation of your journey, on “Air Suvidha” and once approved by the respective health authorities, passengers may be allowed to proceed directly to their home for home quarantine.

3. From the transition period of 8th till 11th august, both digital and manual submission of self declaration will run in parallel and after 11th August, the entire process will be digital. The following is the standard operating procedure:

(A) Please click on the link . Passengers should fill all details of flights and self declaration with correct information. Passengers will receive acknowledgement mail with unique reference number along with the copy of the submitted form.

(B) Passengers should show this copy of acknowledgment (digital or hard copy) at Airport Health Office (APHO) counter. APHO Official will stamp the boarding pass as a way of informing immigration official about completed digital application. After which, passenger will proceed for immigration. There is no need for submission of declaration at Immigration counters.

(C) Passengers who underwent RT PCR test (optional) before undertaking journey, may upload report on the same portal,

4. All passengers and airlines are advised to disseminate this information of registration/submission of online declaration form for all India bound passengers.
