ClearCareGO Downloading and Usage - Home Instead

ClearCareGO is the CAREGiver Mobile App created to give CAREGivers the ability to:

? Accept shifts ? Clock-in and out of shifts, including recording tasks completed during the shift and

any notes ? Read client care assessments (only for clients they work with) ? And more, on the go! It is available on both Android and IOS and is similar to the CAREGiver Portal and telephony but has many more features.

To use the app just go to your phone's app store and search for "ClearCareGO Caregiver." Once you've found it, install it as you would any other app.

To use the app, open it and login with the same username and password you use to access the CAREGiver portal. For security reasons, the app will not store your password so you will need to log in each time you open it.

After you log in, you can access a tutorial by clicking the

navigation menu ( ) in the top left corner then clicking

the Tutorial link

The Tutorial is a short, 2-minute video that walks through the basics of using the app.

The app supplies the functionality of the CAREGiver portal or telephony, plus more, but in a much more efficient way.
