Begin by visiting our website,

Click the eBooks button, then click "Connect Now"

This will bring you to the "Download Library"

Type Lewiston, then select "Lewiston Public Library" from the list that appears.

A black icon means the item is available.

Enter your library card number and click "sign in".

Search for a book.

A gray icon means the item is checked out.

Click on an available book to bring up the "Borrow" button. Click this.

You may place holds on checked out books with

your email address.

The "Download" button will now appear. Click this.

You may see a choice of two different book "types." Click "Kindle Book"

Now click "Confirm & Download"

You will be sent to to finalize the process.

Be sure you are signed in with your Amazon account. Then click "Get Library Book"

You will then get the Thanks message. Your book will be sent to your Kindle wirelessly the next time it is connected to wireless internet.
