ON PETITION FOR REHEARING ON EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES Whereas the following items occurred after this Case's original filing and some items further occurred following the Court's first Conference date to this case, the items are bad (not beneficial) and were caused by the Tone set for our Nation by the Respondent: The G7 Summit in Canada distanced The United States of America from Allies. The United States of America left The United Nations Human Rights Council. The White House began a global tariff war. The United States' Public became suspect of the Judicial Branch (DOJ and FBI). Minorities and Asylum Seekers are being blamed for our Country's problems and are being forcibly segregated from our Nation's population. Our Nation set up facilities to take children away from their parents. The President does not respect United States Law. ON PETITION FOR REHEARING ON EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES In this Petitioner's opinion, President Trump delivers speeches at his rallies that exploit the insecurities and prejudices of his supporters (similar to Hitler's tactics used prior to World War Two per research I did while in Germany during 2001 and reading Hitler's Thirty Days To Power: January 1933 Hardcover -October 15, 1996 by Henry Ashby Turner Jr (Author)). A Supreme Court Justice of The United States announced his own retirement. Our Economy is nearing correlating factors similar to the roaring 1920s. North Korea appears to have played our Nation with Trump's hand shake and in so doing has taken time to build up their Nuclear technologies rather than remove them as promised. A highly functioning 90+ year old female from Eastern, TN said she has never been more afraid for herself, family, and the current state of our Nation then now.

As such with respect to learning from history and NOT repeating their mistakes,

ON PETITION FOR REHEARING ON EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES May this Case be reheard on any of these aforementioned grounds to avoid a major depression, a potential Civil or Nuclear War and pray that Vice President Mike Pence may lead us better to be kind to one another and better educated and as he has been both a Democrat and Republican able to see both sides of the aisle.
