PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

? Lead and set the Trade Marketing Strategy across a portfolio of brands in consultation with Marketing Manager and Sales Manager.

? Lead and oversee short and long lead Trade Marketing projects, promotional material as briefed by the Marketing, Sales or Cellar Door teams, ensuring all artwork and items are on brand and delivered on time

? Maintain brand guidelines at all times and raise any concerns with the relevant Brand Managers/Digital Specialist & Marketing Manager.

? Support internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects and Sales support activities are completed to specifications and deadlines.

? Align any Trade Marketing activity, point of sale and value add items to ensure best in class quality and cost effectiveness with internal/external designers and suppliers. Where applicable, coordination of legal requirements for consumer or trade promotions.

? Ensure brand and company point of sale items for core and promotional items remains relevant and up to date and manage inventory.

? Partner and build relationships with Sales teams across States to support account, State or National initiatives.

? Allocate internal resources to assist in partnering with local community and internal stakeholders for any local events such as Luxury Network Events which may require out of hours attendance.

? General administration duties as well as any other special projects that may arise.

? Specific responsibilities include: Lead trade promotions as agreed and ensure they remain on brand strategy, managing where appropriate legal requirements and report on effectiveness

Manage point of sale/value adds from conception to execution and evaluation, ensuring on brand with consistent brand messaging

Maintain brand guidelines and adhere to processes

Support internal and external designers, printers and other providers through every stage of artwork development as required (concepts, proofs, press checks, final print etc)

Other special projects (eg Partner Events)

? Workshop ideas with Sales team to build and deliver an annual calendar of planned support and items

? Ensure the De Bortoli masterbrand and its sub-brands are represented as per the guidelines set by the Brand Manager / Digital Specialist and Marketing Manager

? Continually work towards updating and maintaining the brands image

Brand consistency maintained

? Raise any issues with how the brand/s may be represented

? Assist in the development of new guidelines

? Any other special projects that may arise as requested by the Family/Senior Management/Brand Managers/Sales

? Lead consumer promotions and secure all legal permits when relevant including terms and conditions and liaise with Sales and Digital teams.

? Ensure all new suppliers are set up and accounts are coded and passed back to the Accounts Department

? Correct filing of all relevant information and archiving of Sales support items

All projects completed in accordance with agreed time frames Complete post analysis (eg: entries, click through rates etc)

SELECTION CRITERIA DESIRABLE

? Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and minimum 3 years experience in a similar Trade/Promotions role

? Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team

? Strong communication skills both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills

? Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to Multitask and prioritise

? Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency

? Attention to detail and accuracy

? Self motivated and a can do attitude

? Ability to liaise with and present concepts to management and external agencies

? Knowledge and experience with Google Docs

? Pre press knowledge, paper stocks and finishes

? Self development of wine knowledge, passion for the wine industry

? Ability to travel interstate when required
