Each local team of organizers chooses speakers to fit the expected local audience to ensure that there will be a session for everyone.Audience Demographics365 Power UP attracts professionals responsible for delivering enterprise solutions built on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This includes Project Managers, Consultants, Developers and Solution Architects as well as Business Owners / CEOs. The audience is very engaged, often taking personal time to attend 365 Power Up events to expand their knowledge, share ideas, and grow their network. Generally, a third are Highly Technical Developers, Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, the other third are Business and End Users, Project Managers, Functional Consultants, End Users and the remaining would fall in between including Business owners and organization representatives.Microsoft MVP’s / Most Valuable Professionals365 Power Up events are often organized by Microsoft Business Application MVPs. Microsoft MVP’s are respected by the Business Applications community for their practical experience building solutions and community contributions. Microsoft product teams work with MVPs closely, soliciting insights into solving problems and important feedback on recent and upcoming platform releases. They are often the first to be informed about new features and product roadmap as well as providing suggestions for improvements.Multi day Events365 Power Up may sometimes span multiple days. This often means a Hackathon or Bootcamp style event the day before the main event. Some examples are the Hack for Good events or an App in a Day session. These additional days allow attendees a hands-on experience building solutions with their presenters, “learning by doing”, and allow for more targeted questions around a particular problem, a platform capability, or technology.Sponsorship365 Power Up events depend on sponsorships for successful delivery. Sponsorships come from local Microsoft Partners and ISV’s. Sponsorships for each event are managed locally by the chapter lead responsible for the event, and sponsorships funds will only be used for the given event unless agreed otherwise by the sponsor. Any remaining sponsorship funds are donated to a local charity that is announced at the end of the event or to help to support another event that is lacking sponsor support.
