As we continue this mission to bestow a best-of-breed solution to the Healthcare market, we will now expound on the solution to provide templates for individual workloads. As apart of this release, Microsoft has created templates specific to the following workloads:Patient Service/Call CenterPatient OutreachWhy the accelerator was created: The Microsoft Healthcare Accelerator v3 was created to provide a robust template in order to expedite a healthcare organizations ability to quickly roll-out solutions. The templates created on-top of the original Accelerator will undoubtedly allow healthcare organizations to quickly provide user-friendly tools to their personnel quickly.How this accelerator helps: This iteration of the Healthcare Accelerator provides patients, contact center agents, care coordinators and a variety of additional personas the ability to perform their daily duties in a modern (yet familiar) user-interface that provides robust functionality to provide Microsoft and the Dynamics 365 team are dedicated to enabling ISVs, Partners and customers to build and focus their efforts in vertical industries in a streamlined approach. The accelerators will help provide a uniform platform for those who wish to connect, embed or extend the Dynamics 365 platform and Power Platform. The Healthcare Accelerator is available on Github at the following address: documentation provides a walkthrough of the key dashboards and workstreams within the Healthcare Accelerator solutions.Solution requirementsThis solution requires Dynamics 365, the Healthcare Accelerator version 3.0 and Power Apps data integrations. You’ll see a list of all the apps available to you. Select ‘Dynamics Health 365’.Simply click on Dynamics Health 365 to access the baseline app **Note: The baseline Dynamics Health 365 app is to be used as a base template to start configuration. The entities, forms, views and custom controls can be folded into persona workflows as needed**.Once within the Dynamics Health 365 app, the user is met with a Care Coordinator Dashboard. This dashboard provides a template to view patients, care plan specifics, appointments as well as a personalized timeline. This template can be configured to meet the need of the workstream. In the patient view, click on any patient to view the Patient 360Within the Patient 360 form, organizations can view a single pane of glass view of the patient. This form includes base patient information, clinical data, care team viewer as well as a sequential timeline for all Dynamics activities. This form can be configured to meet the individual need of the user.Patient 360Care Team ViewerPatient TimelineOmni-Channel for Patient Service AppThe Patient Service app included with the Microsoft Healthcare Accelerator v3 encompasses patient portal, HealthBot/chat connection and Omni-Channel for Customer Service template. This provides a wealth of functionality in order to get started with a patient experience/contact center workload. Below are instructions to access the app as well as screenshots on specific portions of the solution.To access the Omni-Channel for Customer Service app, go to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 home page (home.). You’ll see a list of all the apps available to you. Select ‘Omnichannel for Customer Service’.Within Omni-Channel for customer service, users are provided a robust solution that possesses omni-channel capabilities (SMS, Chat, Bot, Video Conferencing, IVR integration) all through the solution.
