|Purpose of the Job: |

|To provide effective and efficient Dotdigital email marketing to best represent Brit with external and internal audiences |

|Principal Accountabilities: |

| |

|Prepare, proofread, test, obtain approval and send internal and external email marketing using Dotdigital. This could involve writing|

|emails from scratch, working with teams to improve on their draft or simply using text provided. Creating or selecting appropriate |

|graphics or imagery and building an attractive and easy to follow template. |

|Manage distribution of these emails and associated address books and segments. Work with stakeholders to ensure the address books are|

|accurate. |

|Use A/B testing on message titles to improve open rates. |

|Manage the Dotdigital plugin into MS Dynamics 365 so the most accurate and GDPR compliant addresses are held. |

|Create and present reporting on email campaigns. Identify areas of improvement. |

|Manage the internal and external databases including Intranet and Website directories and people profiles and mailing lists on |

|Dotdigital. |

|Support the Marketing manager with on-boarding new recruits. |

|Support and develop the creation of assets (videos, infographics, editorial) to add value to campaigns. |

|Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience: |

|Experience with Dotmailer, MS Dynamics or Pardot essential |

|Ability to understand the audience for any communication and adapt collateral appropriately |

|Attention to detail and accuracy are a priority |

|Advanced Microsoft Office skills including: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio and Excel |

|Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to communicate with staff at all levels |

|Able to work on own initiative |

|Effective prioritisation, organisation and multitasking skills; able to manage own and others time |

|Friendly and personable disposition |
